Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally and very friendly.They explained everything they were doing to make sure I understood
Dr Venkat laid out in very straightforward terms what exactly is going on with my eyes, the progression thus far of my issue and what to expect in the future. Also, she assured me that if and when I need to get in to see her due to a negative event, it will not be a long wait.
I followed up after the visit with another (positive) comment about my condition and I received a response within a few hours!
