The Gainesville locating is excellent. Always very clean, quiet, peaceful and everyone is very friendly and caring for your well-being.

During addressing my concerns, it felt like I wasn't a priority to the care team. They swiftly came in, asked questions, gave feedback and left. Not a lot of care for concern was provided and it felt like a complete rush.

Hope that anyone I know never have to have a high risk team. But if they did, I truly advocate for the team here. I advise all my friends and family to go to UVA despite the drive. Because it's worth being fully cared for vs the facility that we have in our area, who are not to be trusted. Uva is what every health care system should look like.
