Well
She listened to my son and engaged him prior to going into the more technical portion of the call. She put my husband and I at ease and was thorough as well as making suggestions for things that may work while we are waiting in a consultant.
Christina Fang is AMAZING! She is a good listener and went far above and beyond in helping me prepare for my son's IEP meeting later that afternoon! I am very, very appreciative of her sincerity.
