The doctor was friendly but focused a lot on what could potentially be wrong, even though everything in my pregnancy has been on track so far. The hospital team made me a little nervous that allowing my body to operate naturally was not their end goal, but reassured me I could seek whatever care I wanted (ob or midwife). I was not worried about any genetic issues until he mentioned risks (barely any risk according to my provider) and that made my partner anxious enough to ask for genetic testing. Doctor seemed knowledgeable and informed us of options, and helped us get appointments set up. I was incorrectly referred to as she' in the after visit summary but reached out to a nurse who said they would pass on my preferences.

Our doctor probably spent 60 seconds in the room providing the information that everything looked normal. He asked us if we had any questions afterwards and his responses to our questions were all about as short and flippant as they could be. For examples, I asked "what did you look for?" And his response was "oh about 60-70 different things". I asked "did you see anything interesting?" And he said "no, if I had I would have led with that." I'm shocked that he could take the time to share more detail and make us feel informed on what the ultrasound showed him. We very much felt like a task he had to check off his list.

The Ultrasound Tech was wonderful. She was very kind and explained everything as we were going along. She provided a great experience. But my rating is based on my Interaction with Dr Christopher Ennen, he didn't Introduce himself really, didn't really care for me or my partner. He just overall seemed disinterested. Barley gave any information and overall seemed rushed and uncaring.
