Provider was just talking and talking. No sympathetic way of communicating. She Did physical exam on my mom other than that through out the visit she didn't even look at my mom. Provider had no smile and no professional way of connecting with the patient. I translated for my mom and provider was looking and typing on computer. My mother was non existent. In the end she didn't even bother to ask if I had any questions to ask. I had a list of questions that I wanted to ask. She printed papers and handed over to me and said ok bye. I stopped her and said I have questions, she didn't seem very happy about it, but off course she sat down and answered. It was a post hospital visit and my mom was very weak.

For some reason Dr felt I was being rude because I was speaking loud which was annoying. I don't think it was loud but just my opinion.
