In the exam room, I chose a certain referral, An hour later I changed my mind and considered a different referral and called the front office. Dr. Hatter called back the next day on a Saturday and informed me of the change I requested. However, the front office made a slight error in the communication to Dr Hatter and he corrected it and informed me of that. It was no big deal.

I felt brushed off by the other doctor, who saw me for this same reason months ago. She was not helpful. Then cancelled the next appointment I had. Dr. Hatter was much more thorough.

Dr. Hatter is the best doctor ever. He's personable and caring. He goes over everything thoroughly. Very easy to understand.
