I'm very nervous and concerned when it comes to my spinal cord so I was very apprehensive about this visit. I was very comfortable very my entire conversation and exam. The doctor made me feel at ease and went into great detail about the condition of my spine. He is an attribute to the UVA Health system.
Dr. Grice is awesome. He takes the time to talk to you & listens. Cares about his patients. Great personality. We need more doctors like him. I drive 3 hours, one way, for treatment because of how Dr. Grice cares for his patients.
Dr. Grice is outstanding on treating patients. He explain very thoroughly the anatomical problems and the options for care, he certainly has good knowledge and lots of experience. I did not felt rushed at anytime. I will happily recommend him to other patients
I feel my situation Dr Grice has helped has much as he can. Great doctor. But he feels he has to refer me to Pain Management which I have went to before and unhappy with them they gave me no help, I have had surgeries with rods and cages in my back last surgery 11 yrs ago. Now I am In pain every day!!!!!
Dr. Grice is very personable and attentive to my concerns.
MD saw me in the waiting room and took .e to exam room himself because I had my head down and eyes closed with a migraine. He felt it was better for him to room me early than to sit in the waiting room with a migraine. I can't thank him enough for a darkened room and a quieter area to wait. He also took a few extra minutes to walk me back to the room himself as a result of that which I recognize.
