Noh studied biochemistry at Virginia Tech, where he also minored in chemistry and psychology. He earned his medical degree at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg and completed his family medicine residency at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, where he was chief resident.
