Erin Tennyson was wonderful. She took her time from the start to finish. She was very thorough, even going back to my hospitalization to explain those tests. She made sure I was understanding as well asking many times if I had any questions.
She was very knowledgeable, explained everything and spent a lot of time making sure I understood. She was very personable.
