Dr. Abasolo Lopez completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin. She also completed a fellowship in endocrinology and diabetes at Northwestern University in Chicago, where she specialized in the management of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, hypoglycemia, and diabetes in pregnancy, along with thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and pituitary disorders.
