Our doctor was wonderful. I had my son go back to the well visit on his own, because he is 16 years old. He said he really like the rapport he had with the doctor, even though it was the first time seeing him. The doctor invited me back once he was done with my son's exam. He went over his well visit results and I was able to ask him questions. After our visit, the doctor called me to say, as he was writing notes in my son's file, that he notice something about his heart rate from 5 years ago. (We lived In a different city five years ago and he was reading notes from back then.- I appreciate him going back that far to see a different doctor's notes.) He was concerned, so he had his nurse get an appointment with a cardiologist as a follow up for some additional testing. I was really impressed that he took the time to call, voice his concerns and immediately set up an appointment for my son. In a lot of medical practices today, the doctor wants to try to get In as many patients as he/ she can In one day. I really appreciate that this practice and doctor do not feel this way. He spent an ample amount of time with my son and myself to make sure we didn't have any further questions. He was caring, helpful and I could tell he likes to form relationships with his patients and their parents. I will definitely be recommending this pediatricians office to my friends.
