Dr. Ratchford provided excellent care. I was complaining of swelling on the right side of my neck and pain when chewing. He noted I had what appeared to be a blocked salivary gland. He recommended I stimulate the gland by eating some lemon. He prescribed an antibiotic and noted that if the condition did not resolve itself I would probably need to see an ENT. I went home, sucked on pieces of lemon and after a short time I was able to chew pain free!! I was pretty impressed!

Dr. Ratchford is very professional. He went over my lab work thoroughly with me. He presented me with options regarding medication adjustment and allowed me space to make a decision regarding changes.
