I felt heard and cared for and appreciated her knowledge and experience.
The care provider explained my misconceptions about taking the correct dosage of insulin.
I was very satisfied. Han is very pleasant, patient with explanations, and knowledgeable about the medications that might apply to my osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment. I received the information I needed to make a decision and can now do my own assessment of the options available and the one she thinks would best suit my needs.
NP Han was very nice and very interested to listen to all of my concerns. She was super enthusiastic about my progress, which made me feel like I was doing a good job. She did a very thorough examination. And she seemed very competent. I really enjoyed meeting her.
