She was very knowledable! Very patient and listened to all of my concerns! I was able to leave with everything answered and understanding the next steps.

I need to be treated for Osteoporosis and NP Han Ding was completely through and took a great amount of time to inform me of the medicine we chose - I say "we" chose it as it was informed decision on my part once she completed her review of my issues with me, and went through the medicines treatment risks and any possible reactions since this would be my first time with this med. I also have RA and Hypothyroidism so have a complicated list of issues to consider with any new medicine or treatment. But, prevention of a bone disease with someone who has multiple joint replacements and bone/joint issues is absolutely critical and NP Ding took this very seriously and as it's one of my Number 1 Concerns she was excellent in recognizing the risks of waiting for treatment and informing me of my options to avoid bone damage. She is through, professional and an excellent excellent provider, One of the best I have seen and I have seen a LOT. I left there feeling more in control, informed, and less anxious about the future of my bone health.
