She thought of a test to help assess how soon treatment should start and then for monitoring success after. No one else suggested it and I greatly appreciated that.

At times the provider didn't listen to the patient. She suggested we stop downstairs on our way out to schedule a DEXA scan. We told her this wouldn't work, but she said it would. It did not. They told us to call the scheduling number exactly like we told the provider would happen. Sometimes the patients do know something about navigating the system and the providers should listen.
We love Han Ding! Friendly, cares for patients, knowledgeable and detailed oriented, professional care and support
I think she is excellent.
