She is exceptional. Yes there was wait time however when I was with her there was no rush and complete concentration on my health, concern for circumstances and the plan for the next year. All tests were explained and reassurance given about changes in the tests. Prescriptions were sent to also ensure home care readily available although I have NO DOUBT I could contact her if needed.
She was very cordial, attentive and appeared to be genuinely concerned.
All questions I had were answered. Every follow up visit was explained. We talked about test results from last week.
Very good. It was as if I were the only person in the world! Thorough and interested.
She listened. She responded gave me all my options and came up with a plan that we were both comfortable with.
Dr. McLeod is an excellent provider. She listens and provides feedback accordingly.
