Jeffrey M. Wilson, MD, is an allergist and immunologist who cares for patients at UVA Asthma, Allergy and Immunology.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Wilson attended UVA Medical School, where he earned a PhD in immunology and a medical degree as part of the National Institutes of Health-sponsored Medical Scientist Training Program.
He went on to pursue an internal medicine residency at University of Utah before returning to UVA for a clinical fellowship and additional post-doctoral research. Wilson’s research interests focus on the tick-acquired red meat allergy, alpha-gal syndrome.
