Kasper grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She participated in multiple sports, which eventually sparked her interest in orthopedics. She studied human biology at North Carolina State University, where she competed on the women’s volleyball team, and earned her master of medical science in physician assistant studies from Wake Forest University.

Kassandra Kasper was excellent in her care, communication, and bedside manner.

Kassandra Kasper was great, we have a plan to see if my foot would heal quicker in a boot. If foot is not progressing within 2 weeks, I need to call and let the clinic know and a MRI will be scheduled. The X-Ray showed no fractures. I agreed with her plan. An a follow up appt was made prior to leaving.

This walk up clinic (be it that I was wheeled in a wheelchair) is the best thing UVA has done in a very long time. I was so grateful and impressed this is available. The providers were compassionate and professional and this is such a less stressful environment the usual clinics. I cannot thank you enough for having this available.
