UVA treats me like human
Really didn't talk much about the procedure. I filled out my med sheet and made some changes to delete/change a few things. When I got the summary after my appt. Nothing was changed!!! Why did I bother?
Kimberlee educated me on spinal vs. General anesthesia. Appreciated the detail she provided as I have not had spinal before so the additional information was helpful as it seems spinal has less risks and is the one used at the Ivy Rd Center where my surgery will be done.
The only bad experience is the unfortunate connection and that was on my side, cause I'm close to Radiology where I work so that's why we had a phone call instead of video but all in all everything was great thank y'all in UVA.
UVA came highly recommended and I see why. The whole visit was awesome.
