Dr. Laura Cook provided skillful and meticulous care throughout my appointment. I was somewhat anxious due to a recent, unrelated complex diagnosis, but she addressed my concerns with professionalism and compassion, making me feel truly prioritized. She communicated clearly during and after my eye exam, thoroughly explaining the need for follow-up tests.

Dr. Cook is GREAT. I feel like I am in great hands with her. The problem is the wait time (without explanation). It would be helpful to know in advance an approximate wait time or duration for the appointment. Again, two hours and fifteen minutes seems a bit long. Having said that, if that is the lay of the land, fine - it just would be good to know that.
