Lisa Goldstein is a board-certified nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience dedicated to women’s health and well-being. A graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Southern California, Lisa combines a strong academic foundation with decades of hands-on clinical expertise to support women through every stage of life.
Specializing in menopause and midlife health, Lisa provides personalized, evidence-based care that supports the whole woman. Her approach focuses on guiding women through perimenopause and menopause, addressing key areas such as bone health, pelvic floor function, and sexual wellness. She believes that midlife is a powerful opportunity to reset and build a foundation for long-term vitality.
