This was the first time my child saw this provider and I'm VERY pleased. I do plan to schedule all appointments with Dr. Estes. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns.

I explained that our whole family was sick and asked for very basic guidance on how to help the family. I was told that the doctor couldn't provide even basic feedback on when the rest of us should visit the doctor or seek care. We have a large family and often when one of us is sick we are all sick. The patient benefits from the parents being able to discuss wider family medical concerns with the doctor. Other doctors at this clinic have given me much better assistance when I've asked for similar types of support or feedback. It really made me feel like this doctor didn't understand the demands of a family.
