The NP Michael Burson, was phenomenal! He corrected some issues I'd had with scheduling, he made me feel heard, he took away my anxiety over being able to get the pain management and range of motion I desire. He's the best care provider I have had overall in years.
Very good experience
I felt like I did not get clarity regarding risks and options. I'm going to the surgeon hoping to get clarity. It felt like I was asked to make a big discussion without enough info.
