Dr. Deal is so thoughtful and considerate. She listens and imparts her suggestions in a knowledgeable and collaborative manner. It is clear she wants me to feel great about the visit. She never rushes me and also doesn't rush her process. It is truly what sets her apart from other physicians. She is excellent.
Good job
I did have a concern about the healing in my surgical wound. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. What are my concerns answer was particularly reassuring as it was explained that Healing can take up to 6 to 9 MACOMM months as there are multiple variables.
No talk about risks.
Dr Grant is excellent.
I am someone who really likes to know not just what the doctor is going to do, but why they're doing it. Dr. Grant took the time to actually explain the logic behind certain steps of the procedure which made me feel much more confident in making my decision to get surgery. I feel like he listened to my concerns and spent the time to explain his treatment plan.
