She did a very good job addressing problems
Patience Oteng talks quite fast, and has a bit of an accent, so I needed to listen very closely to catch all she said, and I asked her to repeat some things. At first, my husband wasn't allowed to be in the examining room with me; then I asked that he be brought in to hear what Patience was saying. He came in and Patience went over the information again. That was helpful for me, and for him.
