She was OUTSTANDING
I appreciate my experience with the medical staff. An attentive ear and good communication is a wonderful thing. Thank you.
My video call was with the anesthetist who will be helping me during a surgical procedure. She was insured that I understood the upcoming procedure and verified my current prescriptions and overall health. The only comment of possible improvement I can make is that I could not see her during the call. She could see and hear me but I could only hear her.
