Dr. Yates gave me more information, about my issues and concerns, in a few minutes than any retina specialist in the last 12 years. I greatly appreciated his kind and clear explanation.

I'm not use to having needles in my eye
I feel comfortable and safe with this physician. Dr. Yates is a good doctor.
Only once there was a long wait to see Dr Yates! Issue was double booking! He was apologized. The shots for his vision have to be given in a timely manner so we stayed!
