Robyn Halsey, RN, MSN, FNP, is a board-certified family practice nurse practitioner who specializes in primary, acute and geriatric care. She enjoys promoting preventive healthcare and educating patients on how to live healthier lives.

Halsey received her master’s degree from Shenandoah University. In addition to providing medical care within the community, she has also been involved in several medical missions in places near and far. Halsey now lives in Orange with her husband and, in her free time, she enjoys being with her grandchildren.

Robyn was very nice and provided good care to my son. However, she said that if his symptoms worsened that all I had to do was call and she would call in a medication without my son having to be seen again. However, when his symptoms worsened the next day and I called to do just that, she did not include this part of our discussion in our notes and the nurse and clinic insisted that I had to bring my son to be seen again. I was barely able to get an appointment before closing and was charged an after hours fee because I was told he had to be seen again for further treatment. If Robyn had included our complete plan of care conversation in her notes, I wouldn't have had to bring him back in when he was feeling even worse and pay after hours fees.
