Bio & Overview
Sadikshya Giri, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who cares for people of all ages with a focus on preventive care and management of chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Her specialties include women’s health and patient education.
“I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms,” she says. “Everyone has unique needs and concerns. I try my best to take the time to listen and understand their health goals so I can develop a personalized care plan.”
Giri completed her nursing degree at the University of the District of Columbia. She then worked in a private pediatric office, where she gained valuable experience in childhood wellness, acute care, and developmental health. She later transitioned to working in an intensive care unit, where she honed her ability to manage complex conditions and provide urgent care.
She earned her family nurse practitioner (FNP) degree from Marymount University.
“I want my patients to know that their health is my priority and I truly want the best for them,” she says. “I am not just here to diagnose and treat. I am here to listen, support, and guide you toward a healthier life.”
