Bio & Overview
Stacy Park, MD, is a fellowship-trained infectious disease expert. She cares for patients with an infectious disease and or an infection because of a weakened immune system.
Dr. Park grew up in Northern Virginia. She earned her undergraduate degree from William & Mary in Williamsburg. She came to Charlottesville for medical school and has been at UVA ever since. After earning her medical degree, she stayed at UVA to complete her internal medicine residency and then infectious disease fellowship training.
“I like the challenge of figuring out what is going on with a patient and then coming up with the best treatment plan,” Dr. Park says. “I also look forward to working to keep patients safe through antimicrobial stewardship and hospital epidemiology work.”
