Provider was very caring and consistently checked in with me during a complex IUD removal. She seemed clearly and calmly focused on my treatment though I'm sure it was longer and more difficult than she was expecting. She never seemed rushed.
They are health personnel with excellent empathy, kindness and with the gift of hospitality.
Dr Gilmore was very kind and thorough and thoughtful.
Dr. Gilmore was very sweet. She informed me of what would happen through the procedure. She was honest that it would be painful but she'd try to be quick. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
It was fine, I wish there had been a bit more communication about risks of the biopsy and after care instructions.
