Because of the confusion of the scheduling error, it felt as though there wasn't a lot of transparency about what procedures could be done and why. We were told we couldn't check the baby's heartbeat, but with the only explanation being that they just don't do it until after 10 weeks. We love to have all the info and would have appreciated being told why or what policies the doctor was acting on.
I feel safe to everyone I meet.
I recommend everyone to go there. Great atmosphere!
