Haymarket Medical Center is a nationally recognized, 60-bed, acute care hospital with a 24/7 adult and pediatric ready emergency department. Our team is ready and prepared to assess, treat, and stabilize any emergency condition for any age. The medical center includes the Heathcote Health Center, which contains a variety of physician offices, outpatient imaging and laboratory, and an outpatient surgery center.

Parking
Onsite parking for patients is free. Parking is available 24 hours a day around the building. The Heathcote Health Center is a separate entrance for patients who have appointments and are visiting our physician offices or outpatient surgery center.

Patient Information
Current Visitor Policy:
Visiting hours: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. daily
Visitors recently exposed to a contagious illness or who have signs and symptoms of an infectious disease should not visit patients in the hospital, emergency department, or other care settings.

- Emergency/admitting entrance open 24/7
- Main lobby entrance open 6 a.m.-8 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. weekends

Outpatient Laboratory/Phlebotomy Services
Walk-ins accepted on a first-come, first-served basis:
- Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- All patient visits require registration through the Medical Center Epic Patient Access system before services can be provided. Registration services are available at the check-in desk.
- A written or electronic lab order signed by an authorized provider is required.
