Hours: Monday - Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

COVID-19 Response
UVA Health is offering COVID-19 vaccinations by appointment only.
New vaccines are available that target the current strains of COVID. See our COVID vaccine FAQs for more information.
Everyone under 18 years of age needs to be accompanied by an adult. Vaccines are available to anyone 12 years of age and older.
Other vaccine locations will be available at our outpatient pharmacies in Zion Crossroads, Augusta, and Education Resource Center Vaccination clinic.
Proof of Previous COVID Vaccination
To help ensure that the right vaccine is administered, everyone who has previously received a COVID-19 vaccine dose is asked to bring their vaccination record with them to their appointment.
Individuals who received their COVID-19 vaccination in Virginia can access their records online and print out or take a screenshot to show to clinic staff.
Drug Take-Back Program
Don't throw away or flush your outdated or unwanted medication as it comes with potential risks. Instead, use the drug take-back program at UVA to safely dispose of your medications.
The take-back bins are green metal boxes with a drawer at the top located in the pharmacy. Once the bin is full, pharmacy employees will remove the medications from the box and have them destroyed by an outside processor.
Refills and Payments
You can request prescription refills and transfers online. Automatic refills are available.
UVA Pantops Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans and participates in the UVA Drug Discount Program.
At this time, all UVA pharmacies are not accepting cash or checks. Credit and debit cards are the only accepted payment method. If you only have cash available, we'll discuss later billing and other payment options with you.
