Daniel Sheeran, MD, is an interventional radiologist providing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to patients with a variety of medical conditions. His specialty is interventional oncology, caring for patients with diseases of the liver. In addition, Sheeran also cares for patients with lower extremity vascular insufficiency or venous disease.
Originally from Charlottesville, Sheeran attended college in North Carolina before returning to Virginia for medical school at UVA. He received his medical degree from UVA and completed all of his training, both residency and fellowship, at UVA Medical Center.
In his free time, Sheeran enjoys spending time with his wife, an anesthesiologist at UVA, and four young children. They are an active family and like exploring the outdoors in and around Charlottesville, hiking, fishing and trying out every playground in the area.
