Joshua Humphrey, RN, MSN, AG-ACNP, is a master-level nurse practitioner who specializes in providing adult-gerontology care to hospitalized patients. He focuses his clinical practice on patients who need a stem cell transplant.
Joshua was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his undergraduate and nursing education at Vanderbilt University. Before starting at UVA in 2019, he was a care provider at the Methodist Extended Care Hospital and the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.
Joshua is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Outside of work, Joshua and his wife like to challenge themselves with climbing at an indoor bouldering facility. He also enjoys reading books and watching movies.
