We hold the Adult Transgender Clinic the first Friday afternoon of each month. Staffed by family medicine doctors, endocrinologists, psychologists and a social worker, we provide care specific to transgender needs. We even offer legal support. You can also ask us to connect you to specialists providing specific transgender care, including urologists, gynecologists, dermatologists, speech therapists, plastic surgeons, physical therapists and psychiatrists.
If you're interested in hormone therapy, we currently ask that you either bring previous records of having received hormones or a letter from a mental health provider. We can help you find a mental health provider to obtain a referral, if you need one.
Paying for Services
Patients without health insurance or with limited financial resources can apply for aid through the billing office.

Call our office to make an appointment. To transfer your care, ask your current provider to fax your medical records.
Ask for prescription refills or renewals at the time of your visit. If you need renewals between visits, you can use MyChart.
If you need to call us for a renewal or refill, we'll need the following information:
- Medical record number or date of birth
- Medication name and dose
- How often you take the medicine
- Supply needed (30 day, 90 day, etc.)

Give us two business days to call in your prescription. Medications that need insurance pre-authorization may take longer.
