What to Expect
Care in our clinic may involve several visits.
At one visit, you'll meet with a neurologist to discuss your memory and cognition.
On a separate visit, you'll meet with a neuropsychologist for formal testing of your memory and thinking abilities. You may also be scheduled for neuroimaging (an MRI or CT scan of your brain).
After testing is complete, you will have a follow-up visit with the neurologist to discuss the results and treatment plan. If additional MACC visits are required, you will see the team provider who can best meet your individual needs at that time.
Your team includes neurologists, neuropsychologists, social workers, nurse practitioners and a nurse coordinator.
