Patient Phone Calls
Your doctor's nurse returns phone calls the same day. If your call is urgent or need to speak to your doctor, please let the receptionist know this when you call.
Test Results
To receive your latest test results, you can:

Infusion & Chemotherapy
You may need to receive chemo or other medicine through an IV, orally, or by injection. We provide expert treatments and support when you get infusion therapy.
After Hours
We encourage you to call our answering service with medical concerns after hours and on weekends. One of our staff doctors is available 24/7.
Useful information to have available when you call includes:
- Your doctor’s name
- Condition for which you are being treated
- Medications you are taking, including chemotherapy
- Explanation of symptoms and concerns
Prescriptions
Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills.
Keep your prescription up to date. It can be difficult for the on-call doctor to call in a medication. These prescriptions need to be handwritten, picked up and taken to a pharmacy.
